This heartwarming annual gathering is a special welcome for our newest little learners and their families. Before the school year officially begins, the TK/K Kinder Playdate provides a relaxed, joyful opportunity for incoming Transitional Kindergarten and Kindergarten students to meet future classmates, explore a bit of the school environment, and ease any first-day jitters.

Parents and guardians also get a chance to connect with other new families, share tips, and build a supportive network within the MLK community. It's a casual, fun-filled event where friendships begin, excitement for school builds, and everyone can feel a little more at home before the first bell rings. Expect smiles, laughter, and plenty of playtime!

As the school year gets underway, the MLK Parent Dream Team hosts our "Back to School Parent Mixer" – an adults-only evening designed to foster connections and community among our incredible parent body.

This casual and engaging event offers a perfect opportunity to:
